3. Office to permit the Petitioner to carry out the aforesaid amendment within two weeks from today.

4. Perused Petition. Office to issue Citation within four weeks and also issue Notice to the Collector. Advocate is directed to take steps.

5. Advocate to file Affidavit of Service of General Citation within one week thereafter and also effect service upon non-consenting legal heirs, if any as per Rules 399 and 400 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules.
