Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to correct the title of the petition as also wrongly mentioned in all the places in the petition the word "securities". Leave is granted. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within twelve weeks from the date of uploading this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Prasad Pradeep Dhaymade being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Kumudini Vishnu Paiangle died intestate at Mumbai on 21.04.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Priyanka died on 27.02.2018 leaving behind her one son. Deceased was survived by one grandson who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.08.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate as soon as uploading the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court as mentioned hereinabove and after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
