TP/3157/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Krishna Agarwal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. In the present, matter order for issuance of General Citation issued on 18.07.2024 and Affidavit of Service to that effect is filed on 24.09.2024. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that they have tried to serve the non-consenting legal heir who is son of deceased and packet of citation has returned on 30.08.2024 with remarks 'door is closed' which is annexed as Exhibit 'A' and acknowledgment of the same is annexed as Exhibit - 'B'.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner take out appropriate application to serve the non-consenting legal heir of deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has to file an Application for pasting of citation on the door of non-consenting legal heirs through Bailiff by filing an Appropriate Application from the Hon'ble Court.

3. List the matter on 03.04.2025.
