Heard Ms. Bhagwat , learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.
The matter was circulated seeking dispensation with the requisition issued by the department on 15.07.2025, which reads thus:- "3. Administration Bond for the gross amount to be furnished vide form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980, within three weeks along with the name of Surety and address and proofs thereof."

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner points out that all the legal heirs of the deceased have consented to the grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed in favour of the Petitioner.

Having due regard to the fact that all legal heirs of deceased have consented to issuance of Letters of Administration with Will annexed in favour of Petitioner, the question of the Petitioner to furnish Administration Bond, therefore, can be dispensed with. All other objections stand complied with as informed. 6.
Registry is therefore directed to proceed accordingly for issuance of Letters of Administration dispensing with filing of Administration Bond by Petitioner.
