Upon perusal of the petition, it has been observed that Affidavit of Service submitted by Sheriff is found incomplete as it does not mention when they have received acknowledgment of Registered Post AD from the postal authorities to know when the said non-consenting legal heirs has been served and acknowledgment received by Sheriff's office.

2. Affidavit filed by Deputy Sheriff did not mention the date when citation was served / acknowledge by the parties. Hence, the detail Affidavit of Sheriff of Service is required to be filed with respect to the service of citation upon non-consenting legal heir and the postal acknowledgment on which date as they have received from the postal authorities.

3. List the matter on 03.04.2025.
