1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 25.09.2024 and thereby prays to amend the petition by making averment for explaining the delay as per the Rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, petitioner prays to amend the para no. 7 of the petition and to mention the correct valuation of the properties, as per Section 278(d) of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Submission is accepted and praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.
