Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 08.10.2024, she has filed Additional Affidavit of Executor and same is required to be filed in the Registry.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that she may be given one week time to comply with the directions in the order dated 08.10.2024 as well as to carry out corrections in the prayer clause of the petition with further request for dispensation of re-verification. At the request of Advocate for petitioner, time to carry out corrections is granted and re-verification is also dispensed with.
