Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) To mention the age of daughters of deceased in para No. 8 of the petition.

2) On Page No. 16 of the petition oath is filed as Executor's oath and not Administrator's oath.

3) To explain the legal heirs of deceased as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

4) To file Affidavit of Attesting Witness as per Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

5) To check details mentioned at Sr. No. 3 of Schedule I annexed to the petition.

6) Petitioner to explain about the averment mentioned in the Will regarding loss of Rs. 8 lakhs suffered by Ashish Patel.
