1. Petitioner to correct the bond Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that she has moved an Interim Application having no(L)36307/2024 and same is now listed on the 06.02.2025. She pointed that the Hon'ble Court has observed that, - with CHOL/561/2024 with WILL/1288/2024 "9.

At this stage Learned Counsel for the Applicant makes a grievance that the Applicant has filed Interim Application No.2009 of and Testamentary Petition No.3196 of 2024. He submits that the same are not being proceeded with by the Registry in view of the pendency of the captioned Miscellaneous Petition.

I see no reason why the Registry should not proceed with these two Testamentary Petitions. Registry is therefore directed to proceed with the same"

2. Petitioner to comply the requisitions of bond as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980.

3. Petitioner to comply the requisitions as per the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
