1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he has taken out Chamber order and same is pending.

2. Office of the Administrator general submitted that on the next date Ld. Assistant Government Pleader will appear in the matter for taking necessary steps.

3. it is informed that by the Assistant to the Administrator General of Maharashtra State, Mumbai, that Misc. Petition having no. 364/2024 has been filed to collect the entire possession of the estate of the deceased Suresh Aroskar under the provisions of Administrator General Act, 1960, and said petition is pending.

4. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner objected for intervention as this petition is pertaining to the Menka Aroskar, a sister of Suresh Aroskar. He further submitted that according to the petitioner in the present petition deceased drives properties from the deceased Suresh. As per the contentions of the Office of the Administrator General of Maharashtra State, Mumbai, Misc petition is pending in respect of the properties of the Suresh. Furthermore, properties mentioned in the Misc. Petition as well as in this petition are the same. Considering this subject it will be proper to adjourn the matter for the steps by the either party as per the Chapter XXVI fo the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, adjourned.
