Advocate for the Petitioner submits that as per order dated 31.01.2025, amendment has been granted, subject to filing in the affidavit of the petitioner confirming the proposed amendment. Ld. advocate for the petitioner invited my attention towards the affidavit, affirmed on 23.01.2025. Particularly, para no.4 of the said Affidavit, in which petitioner is stated about the deletion of the amount as well as addition of the amount. In view of the said affidavit reverification of the amendment, which is to be carried out as per the above referred order, is dispensed with. Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment. Furthermore, time to carry out the said amendment, as per the order dated 31.01.2025, is extended by 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order.
2. The petitioner to comply the earlier requisitions such as justify the share of non-consenting Legatees under Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 and to correct the dates in the administration Bond.
