Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) To check prayer clause regarding Maharashtra or India.

2) To verify which property has been bequeathed to the petitioner No. 1 under the Will.

3) As per para No. 7 of the Will, there are beneficiaries. Hence, Consent Affidavits of the said beneficiaries require to be filed.

4) To check Sr. No. 2 in Schedule - II annexed the petition.
