Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Read Praecipe dated 28.11.2024. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks directions to amend the prayer in para-No. 12 of the petition.

2. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for petitioner invite my attention towards the Will and submits that in the Will, testator has bequeathed some amount to Shalini and other three. Hence, inadvertently that amount is shown in Schedule II as debts due from the deceased. However, the said amount bequeaths to the legatees therefore, this amount and other information is required to be corrected by deleting entry No. 2 in Schedule II annexed to the petition.

Submission accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
