The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 383 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as there is correction/addition or deletion, etc. in the Will. 2.

Petitioner to file official translation of the Will or follow the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP/1263/2023.

Petitioner to correct the amount in administration bond and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary. 4.

Petitioner to state about the Yeshwant and parents of the husband of the deceased, as per the provisions of the the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (for short "HS Act").
