The petitioner to explain the Legal heirs of the deceased vide Sec. 15(1) (a) to (e) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. (about husband heir, and one brother).

Petitioner to serve the citation by publishing it in the News Papers vide Rule 400 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 at the last known residential addresses or at the native place of the husband of the deceased, by following due procedure laid down in this regard.
