1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner has moved a praecipe and thereby requested to the department to re-construct the petition, as it is misplaced.

2. The Hon'ble Court, in this regard, vide an order dated 06.02.2025 in the petition No. 481/2024 has directed the office to attend such matter and take steps to reconstruct the petition.

3. The office to endorse necessary remarks upon copies of the petition submitted along with the petition, after comparing the petition uploading into CIS.

4. The office to make details and specific submission to the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master for allowing the office to re-construct the proceeding.

5. Office to take steps to reconstruct the petition as early as possible, within 10 days from the date of uploading this order.

6. Ld. advocate for the petitioner may bring this order to the notice of the department, for timely action.

7. Once the petition is reconstructed, it shall be handed over to the Ld. advocate for the petitioner, according to Laws. Ld. advocate to upload the reconstructed petition in the CIS portal, under the heading "Re-constructed petition".

8. Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks an extension of the time to carry out an amendment in the petition. Considering the todays circumstances, time to carry out an amendment is extended by four Weeks, from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending.
