Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner tender praecipe dated 05.08.2024. He submits that this petition filed for two deceased namely Revati Narayan Chitre and Shrikant Narayan Chitre. He further submits that two separate petitions should have to file by the petitioner, for the separate Will executed by both the deceased instead of the present joint petition filed by petitioner.

Hence, he request to allow him to delete the details of Shrikant Narayan Chitre from this petition for which he will file separate Petition.

Amendment as requested by the Ld. Advocate is allowed. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to carry out amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner undertakes to upload the aforesaid praecipe dated 05.08.2024 on the official portal of the Bombay High Court. The said undertaking is accepted.
