1. Petitioner to satisfy that how Usha can be a legal heir of the deceased, as Himatlal (a son of the deceased and husband of the said Usha) is predeceased to the deceased. The petitioner may go through Sec. 15(1)(a) of the Hindu Succession Act,

2. Petitioner to correct the title in administration bond and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary. Hence, adjourned.
