1. Read praecipe dated 12.02.2025 and thereby petitioner seeks permission to amend the para no. 8 of the petition and thereby delete the name of Usha, as her husband Himmatlal pre-deceased the deceased. Therefore, in view of the Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, she could not be legal heirs of the deceased. Submission is accepted and praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
