Petitioner to file administration bond as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that date of the Will is 19.05.1990. However, in para no. 4 of the petition it is stated that Will is executed on 13.12.1987. Hence, petitioner to correct the date or take steps accordingly to produce the Will which is mentioned in para no. 4.

Petitioner to take steps to state about the husband of the Aruna, take steps to correct the information about the legal heirs of the deceased as per the Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

As per the Will certain amount is bequeathed to Gangubai in her absence to a person namely Ramesh. Therefore, petition to take steps as per the Section 235 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, adjourned.
