This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anup Kumar Jotiba Bagdi being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shobha Jotiba Bagdi died intestate at Kolhapur on 19.09.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by husband, one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the husband and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
