Advocate for petitioner submits that he would like to carry out correction in the date of death certificate issued by the Authority which is mentioned as 02.05.2018 which will be corrected as 17.07.2020. Advocate for petitioner will carry out necessary correction into the petition and upload the Corrected Version.

2. Advocate for petitioner submits that he will file proper Consent Affidavit of Nita Kiran Bhagat (Married Daughter) of the Deceased, as the consent Affidavit of Nita Kiran Bhagat which is not filed as per procedure and he requested for time to file fresh Consent Affidavit.
