In view of the averments made in paragraph Nos.4 to 8, the request made by Advocate for Petitioners justifying the surety of the non-consenting legal heir namely Malti Laxman Raokar stands dispensed with.

Appropriate Administration bond and undertaking be filed by Petitioners in the Department. Subject to removal of office objections, Testamentary Petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause stated at page No.5 of the Petition.

Department is directed to issue Grant within a period of four weeks from the date of removal of all office objections.
