1. Read praecipe dated 05.09.2024, Petitioner is willing the amend the petition and thereby explain the delay vide Rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, petitioner is willing the amend the para no. 4 of the petition by making an averment regarding grand parents of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

3. Furthermore, petitioner to file translation of death certificate of Fatimabi annexed at Exhibit-B and comply issuance of Notice to Collector and file administration bond for gross amount as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, adjourned.
