1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner mentioned the matter and submitted that on 22.10.2024 petitioner was permitted to amend the petition. However, reverification of the petition was not dispensed with. Hence, re-verification may be dispensed with.

2. Hence, in order clause no. 1 of the order dated 22.10.2024 words "upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with" are added.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 22.10.2024 will remain as it is.
