3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file Affidavit of Executrix namely Amrita Raj Jaisingh for renouncement of her rights to execute the said Will.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner request for one week time to carry out correction in the petition as well as to file the Affidavit of renouncement of the said Amrita Raj Jaisingh. Time is granted and re-verification is dispensed with.
