The Department has raised objection that the surety to the Administration Bond is a resident of Thane.

This Court has taken a view that it is not the requirement of the rules that the surety should be a resident of Mumbai or Maharashtra. Thus the objection raised by the Department stands dispensed with.

Department to accept the Administration Bond with the surety being a resident of Thane.
