As per Rule 397 Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 affixation of the citation is must. Hence, the petitioner to affix the citation on the Notice Board of the Collector as well as Notice board of the Hon'ble High Court. Therefore, Petitioner to take step.
