This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Usha Subramanian being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Subramanian Ramasubramani died intestate at Navi Mumbai on 07.10.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased died in the year 2024 and father of deceased died in the year 2011. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.09.2024 and Administration Bond dated 14.08.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
