Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petition is moved to dispense with the requirement to produce the documents in support of the claim that the petitioner is an adopted son of the deceased. The Adoption Deed, purported to be executed on 10th January, 1997, seems to be a notarized instrument. The adoptive parents of the petitioner are stated to have passed away. The petitioner has filed affidavit of the biological mother of the petitioner. She affirmed that the petitioner was given in adoption as recorded in the Deed of Adoption dated 10th January, 1997 in an adoption ceremony/ Dattak Samaroh. 3.

In view of the affidavit of the biological mother of the petitioner and the Deed of Adoption, the office requisition to satisfy that the petitioner is the adopted son of the deceased stands dispensed.
