Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that in para No. 4 of the Will, deceased had appointed his four daughters as an Executors under the Will and petition is filed by one of the Executors. However, Affidavits of rest of three Executors for reserving or renouncing their rights as an Executor are not filed.

2. Moreover, deceased has signed the Will in Marathi language but, there is no averment in the Affidavit of Attesting Witness that as to whether the contents of the said Will was explained and interpreted to the deceased or not. Ld. Advocate to take steps accordingly.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe for placing the matter on board as and when all compliance is done in the matter. Hence, remove from board. 07.04.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
