1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Bipin Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Bipin Kantilal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 13.10.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and widow of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice 21.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.09.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
