1. Read praecipe dated 09.01.2025, heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, as per the Section 9 of Hindu Succession Act, 1956 only class-II entry-(II) are entitled to claim the inheritance to the property of the deceased. However, persons whose names are mentioned at 1-DI to 1 D III, they cannot claim the inheritance as per the Section 9 of HS Act, 1956 in the lifetime of Class-II, Entry-IV legal heirs. Hence, petitioner is permitted to delete the names of these persons from the table. Furthermore, petitioner to inform these persons about deletion of the name. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
