1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 04.12.2024 and thereby submits that minor legal heir i.e. Sanaaya, daughter of the deceased (having birth date is as 14.07.2006) and attained the age of 18 years on 14.07.2024 and he has produced the true copy of her birth certificate. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. As amendment is based on the documents, reverification is dispensed with, however, Ld. Advocate to initial the amendment.
