TP/3405/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Rajiv Jadhav, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Khatoon Fidahusein Lokhandwala and Zaitoon Faidahusein Lokhandwala both being sisters of deceased. Deceased namely Shabbir Fidahusein Lokhandwala died intestate at Mumbai on 21.08.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceaed the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased had one brother and two sisters. Brother of deceased namely Mohammed Husein Fidahusein Lokhandwala died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by two sisters who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.08.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
