Sr. No. 13-TP/3409/2024 (ECHCBM02110942024) Ms. Sneha Nagaonkar, Advocate for the petitioner. For Compliance In the present petition the order of final grant was issued on 18.10.2024. While finalising the grant it has been observed that there is a cross petition is being found hence grant cannot be issued. To comply the said objection the Advocate for the petitioner has filed affidavit of the petitioner.

Advocate for the petitioner has filed additional affidavit dated 16.11.2024 stating that the earlier petition i.e. TP 739 of 1999 was filed for Letter of Administration for certain immovable properties and the said petition was dismissed by the Registry on 16.7.2003 for non compliance. Advocate for the petitioner once again has filed TP no. 112 of 2001 for Letter of Administration for certain immovable properties of the deceased which was again dismissed on 11.7.2005 for non compliance of office requisition. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she will file detailed additional affidavit with respect to dismissal of both the petition. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she will carry out necessary averment into the petition that the certain properties are not involved and was not

2 TP included in the present petition and this is the separate petition for security. Advocate for the petitioner request that she will file a fresh additional affidavit. The said request is accepted.
