1. Perused the petition. Pursuant to the order dated 21.11.2024, Advocate for the petitioner has filed additional affidavit dated 22.11.2024 stating that the earlier petition i.e. TP 739 of 1999 was filed for Letter of Administration for certain immovable properties and the said petition was dismissed by the Registry on 16.7.2003 for non compliance. Advocate for the petitioner once again has filed TP No. 112 of 2001 for Letter of Administration for certain immovable properties of the deceased which was again dismissed on 11.7.2005 for non compliance of office requisition.

2. Advocate for petitioner submits that the securities which are mentioned in schedule annexed in the present petition is not a part of the assets and properties mentioned in the annexed schedule to the earlier petition hence, the present petition is proceed ahead. As securities mentioned in the present petition is not same.

3. After perusal of the petition as well as the Affidavit dated 22.11.2024 filed by the petitioner is accepted. Office is directed to proceed with the grant as per order dated 18.10.2024. 18.12.2024 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
