1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has stated by an amendment about the father in law of the deceased. However, that amendment is not properly carried out. It appears in following format;

The Brother in law of the deceased Pyarelal Ojha, father in law of the deceased died issueless on 02nd day of March, 1986, predeceased to the deceased. The deceased has no any son or daughter died issueless.

2. Hence, petitioner to explain the same. Hence, adjourned.
