For the petitioner submits jet petitioner is willing to carry out an amendment in a petition by mentioning the grandparents and parents of the deceased as per provisions applicable to the deceased, in view of personal laws applicable to the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. The petitioner to carry out an amendment within 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Furthermore, the petitioner is also directed to state the parents and grandparents of the since deceased husband of the deceased. Amended petition to be uploaded in a portal within 3 days from the date of amendment.
