Advocate for the petitioner is directed to carry out correction in para no. 6 of the petition "the petitioner is the son of deceased No. 1 and brother of deceased no. 2". Advocate for the petitioner is directed to carry out correction in para no. 11 of the petition at line no. 4 as "the deceased mother of the deceased should be replaced as "the mother of the deceased i.e. deceased no. 1".

2 TP 3433 of 2024 Advocate for the petitioner request that he may be permitted to carry out all consequential correction. He will upload the corrected version of the petition and request that reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner to carry out all the consequential corrections and upload the corrected version. Reverification is dispensed with.
