TP/3443/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Amruta Athavale, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nidhee Nagesh Bonde being granddaughter of deceased. Deceased namely Sushila Namdeo Bonde died intestate at Bhusawal on 19.01.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of decceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Nagesh died on 17.03.2023 leaving behind one daughter and one minor son (Suhas Nagesh Bonde). Deceased was survived by one daughter, one granddaugher and one minor grandson. Petitioner claims 1⁄4 share of deceased. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.07.2025 stating therein that they have deposited the 1⁄4 share of minor grandson namely Suhas Nagesh Bonde in the office of Prothonotary and Senior Master by demand draft No. 274762 dated 08.07.2025 drawn on State Bank of India, of Rs. 77,550/-. The copy of receipt of demand draft is annexed at exhibit - "C" to the said Affidavit. Out of them granddaughter is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.08.2024 and Administration Bond 02.08.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
