Advocate for petitioner submits that some of the legal heirs mentioned in the petition are expired. Though, it refers in the petition, copy of the death certificates not annexed to the petition.
2. Moreover, Advocate for petitioner submits that he has filed death certificate alongwith the praecipe and it is uploaded on the official portal of the Bombay High Court however, death certificates are not found on record. Subsequently, death certificate of Pawan also not found.
3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to carry out the corrections in the petition with respect to the averment of death certificates of the deceased persons annexing their respective death certificates. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order and re-upload the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court and get it approved the same from the Registry.
