Petitioner to ensure that all legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in the petition. Petitioner to correct the year of Act in para no. 4. Furthermore, said locker is situated outside India maintained with Oman Urab bank, Sultan Qaboos Street Gubrah, Sultanate of Oman.

On oral request of Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner is allowed to amend the year in para no. 4 of the petition. Reverification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner initial the amendment.

Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended Petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.

Petitioner to take steps in respect of the Locker, which is stated in the Schedule of the Petition.
