Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

i) To correct the capacity of petitioner in title. ii) Take steps to make an averment about the grandparents of deceased, as per personal laws applicable to the deceased;

iii) To execute the Administration Bond for gross amount of estate of deceased.

Ld. Advocate, petitioner seeking permission to carry out amendment in the cause title of the petition and to mention capacity of the petitioner as 'husband' and dispensation of re-verification.

3. Furthermore, Advocate for petitioner is also permitted to make an averment about the grandparents of deceased in para No. 4 of the petition, upon filing an conditional Affidavit of the petitioner confirming the proposed amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Amendment is allowed. Ld.

Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Advocate to initial against the said amendment.
