1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased died on 12.01.2014.

However, in Para No.1 of the Petition it is incorrectly mentioned as 14.01.2014.

Submission as per the record is accepted, the petitioner to amend the date of the deceased in Para No.1 as per Exh. A, i.e. death certificate of the deceased. Re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to upload the amended petition. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending.

2. Furthermore, in Order dated 11.10.2024 in Para No.3 date of the deceased is also stand corrected as 12.01.2014 instead of 14.01.2014 rest of the Order as it is. Corrected order to be uploaded on the Portal. Officer on Special Duty, with Testamentary Department 29.11.2024
