Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.09.2024 and prayed for amendment in para no. 4 by mentioning correct fact about the grand parents fo the deceased as well as to correct schedule -I particularly description of the property mentioned at serial no. 1. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re- verification is dispensed with. Furthermore, petitioner to upload OCR copy of the amended petition.
