1. On the last date of hearing, the Ld. advocate for the petitioner was called upon to go through the Act, mention in the Order, relating to the Administration of the properties as per the Will, executed in UAE.

2. I perused the Copy of the Will. It has endorsement or stamp, in which word "COURT" is appearing. However, other endorsement is in Urdu Language. The petitioner has not filed its translated copy. Hence, at least the petitioner to file the translation of the said Endorsement in English Language to ascertain that what remarks are endorsed on the said Will.

3. Ld. advocate for the petitioner was called for submit the translation by end of the day. However, she submitted that she is not able to submit its translation. Hence, petition is adjourned.
