1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe along with the true translation of the endorsement which was referred in the last order. She submitted that endorsement on the Will is translated in the English Language from Arabic Language and that Clerk is having knowledge of the Arabic and English language and is able to translate the same. Submission is taken on record.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that an affidavit affirmed on 31.12.2024 petitioner stated that Will is not valid as per the enactment of 2021 as it was not signed in the presence of the two witnesses which was referred in the earlier order. Submission is taken order. Matter is adjourned for further order or final order, as the case may be.
