1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that Will, which is executed by the deceased in UAE, has not been probated in Court of the Law at Dubai, UAE. However, properties were administrated by the sole executrix as per the Will, as there was no contest or dispute. Hence, reference about the probate is required to be corrected. Existing paragraph is substituted as under;

"2. The Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that sole executrix under the said Will has administered the properties as there is no contest amount the legal heirs. Subject matter of the petition is also part of the subject matter of the Will."

3. Accordingly, in paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 03.10.2024 correction is made accordingly as under "03.10.2024".
