1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that in this petition, it is incorrectly informed this Court that the properties situated in UAE are administered as per the Will by the Executor. However, in fact, no such fact is taken place. He submits that he will explain the facts in this regard to the Hon'ble Court.

2. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he will file an Affidavit in respect of the legal provision existed in the UAE in respect of the execution of the Will, particularly on point that whether attesting witnesses to the Will is required or not. Submission is accepted.
